I bought Britax Marathon 70 as a replacement for my Britax Roundabout 40 which my son is growing out of. Because I drive a honda civic I was worried about buying a large, bulky seat. I went back and forth about getting the Marathon or the newer version of the Roundabout but read that they are the same dimensions so I took a chance. I'm so glad I purchased the Marathon 70! It fits perfectly in my civic, in fact it is slightly narrower than my old car seat (the difference is that it is taller). This was the easiest seat I have ever installed and I actually install many car seats for my job as a teen parenting coordinator. I put it in forward-facing using the latch system in under 5 minutes. Britax Marathon 70 is definitely worth the money!

Love It!
Love this car seat, pretty easy to install and fits in my car well. I feel safe with my child in this seat. After HOURS of analyzing different seats and brands. This was the safest seat I could use the longest both rear and forward facing. Worth every penny!

Safe and Comfy
When our son looked uncomfortable and squished in his infant seat we decided it was time to upgrade to a convertible. After much research I must say that we love our Britax Marathon 70! Our son is so much more comfortable and has enjoyed his seat for months now. I was sold on it because of the safety reviews and personal reviews I read, but love how easy it was to install. My husband was out of town for work and I set everything up and installed it myself. While I'm not incompetent, I appreciate it's ease of use since I have very limited time. So far it is one of my son's favorite places to nap. I appreciate the extra cushioning for him when he does. Adjusting the seat is easy as well so it easily grows with them. The perfect seat for our little prince!

Excellent carseat
This is a high quality product. Britax also has a great website with instructional videos which came in handy. My 15 month old is less than 18 pounds so we have the seat rearfacing. It is a little difficult to get her in and out and her legs were crunched up so i reclined the back seat a bit in our CRV. This seems to work, although I'm not sure if it is as safe! I am looknig forward to moving her to front facing when she turns 2!
